Community Involvement

Dr Montgomery is dedicated member and past president, twice, of the Exchange Club. He also served for 12 years on the Disability Advisory Committee for the City of Culver City

While serving on the Disability Advisory Committee, Dr. Montgomery was instrumental in street and sidewalk renovations and helped put on the annual "Abilities Carnival" for disabled children and their families.  As a member and two time president of the Exchange Club of Culver City, Dr. Montgomery acted as Committee Chairman multiple times in putting on the Fireworks Show in Culver City, and the downtown Car Show.  The Exchange Club led the operation and fundraising for Feed Culver which fed people during the Pandemic.  Dr. Montgomery was President and organizer for The Exchange Club's newest event, where 500 flags are put on the lawns at the Veterans Center for Veteran's Day to honor our Veterans.  Proceeds from these events go to Children's Charities in Culver City including the YMCA, The Youth Health Center, The Abilities Carnival for Children, New Beginnings (a Veterans Charity) and scholarships for graduating Seniors.
